After a trip to the grocery store this morning, my mom and I decided the shrimp at the fish counter looked really good. The weather was pretty chilly and cloudy outside so we grilled the shrimp inside on the grill pan instead!
We placed our shrimpies on skewers after marinating them in olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper.
I also enjoyed steamed green beans and roasted red potatoes on the side.
The shrimp were very good! Restaurant-quality good.
