Elliptical Workout & A Special Holiday

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to share one of my new favorite workouts with you all.  I’m not much of a runner so I’ve always enjoyed a challenging routine on the elliptical trainer.  I had previously seen this workout on other blogs and thought I would give it a try!

Elliptical interval workout

Minutes Resistance Crossramp
0-5 10 9
5-6 10 10
6-9 6 6
9-10 11 11
10-11 7 7
11-12 12 12
12-14 8 8
14-15 13 13
15-17 9 9
17-18 14 14
18-20 10 10
20-21 15 15
21-23 11 11
23-24 16 16
24-26 12 12
26-27 17 17
27-29 13 13
29-30 18 18
30-50 10 9
This definitely got my heart pumping, especially when I hit a resistance and crossramp of 18!
