My breakfast bowl looks like a pretty dessert.
Barley topped with Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt and berries
Barley takes about 20 minutes to cook. To make things run smoother, I simmered the barley on the stove last night then tucked it away in the fridge. So much easier than waiting in the morning!
On hump days, I either spin in the morning or do interval training at night. I choose spinning! I like to get my exercise done early so I have the long lasting feel-good effects for the rest of the day 🙂
