Before heading off to work this morning, I got hungry! I made a little snack of Stonyfield farm vanilla yogurt, Amy granola, strawberries and a sprinkle of chocolate chips
I didn’t have a lot of time to make my lunch this morning so I opted for a quick pb&j on whole wheat, crunchy crinkle-cut kettle chips, strawberries and some peanut butter cookie crumbles I found lying around the house – not my flourless peanut cookie’s though 😦

I take Bodyfit at the gym every Tuesday and Thursday night at 5:15. This class is a combination of cardio and weights in the form of circuit training. I sweat buckets every class! The instructor keeps the class motivated and interested by changing up the exercises each time. One of the best workouts I’ve ever had!
I love the Nature Valley granola bars. They used to have more ingredients than they do now. I had one oats ‘n dark chocolate bar before leaving for class
Leftover Italian stew for dinner! I was starving after getting home from a hard workout. I quickly showered and came downstairs to find that my stew had already been heated up for me, thanks Mom!
Salad with avocado slices..I’m obsessed with avocado!
Whole wheat bread with olive oil – both delicious and healthy! mmm monounsaturated fats 🙂
