Happy Thursday!

This week has surely flown by and I’ve got some good eats to share with you.  A few nights ago, we enjoyed rotini with homemade pesto, tomato sauce, and zucchini.

We also had homemade pizza crust topped with onions, pepperoni, and basil (always a crowd pleaser!)

I also had the pleasure of dining with several wonderful local blogging ladies last night including Jen, Courtney, Alicia, and Lauren.

We dined at Creo restaurant located in Albany, NY and the food was delicious!  I ordered the small plate of pesto risotto topped with big chunks of tender crab meat, asparagus, and shaved parmesan.  Alicia, Courtney, and I all ordered the same dish since it sounded so delicious!  I’m still thinking about how great it was.

We also got dessert, but since I was way too excited to eat my chocolate cake, I didn’t snap any photos of it.  If you want to see our dessert selections, head on over to Courtney’s blog since she got some great photos of that part of the meal.  It’s always a fun time meeting up with these girls!
